Octup started with a problem that CEO & Founder, Alon Partuk, experienced firsthand.

Before founding Octup, Alon was the founder of the e-commerce brand, Apricoat. As the brand grew, he became increasingly frustrated by obstacles that got in the way of optimized decision-making, including limited visibility into inventory, marketing performance, and customer behavior.

That’s when he decided to start Octup.

Alon originally built the solution for brands, then pivoted when he recognized a bigger need inside the warehouse itself. He developed the missing pieces WMS platforms didn’t provide and focused on closing the gaps in analytics and billing functionality for 3PLs.
